Location
Stephanie will receive you in her studio in Newstead, Brisbane. She will provide the full address once your appointment is confirmed.
There is free car park available.
Deposits
All clients will be required to leave a non-refundable deposit when booking appointments (the deposit will come off your appointment total). The amount required will depend on your service you are having done. This deposit is to ensure that you show up for your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule, after the deposit has been made, you must do so 48 hours in advance before your appointment in order to avoid losing your deposit.
Cancellation
We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling your appointment.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, less than 48-hours notice and “no shows” will result in a loss of your deposit.
Washing your dreadlocks before your appointment
- Stephanie doesn’t provide hair wash or deep cleansing services.
- Please wash your hair before the day before or the morning of your appointment.
- Do not apply any oils on your scalp or locs. Your hair must be dry for your appointment.
Being on time for your appointment
When coming in for your appointment, please be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.
