1. About Us
This website and the services offered through it are owned and operated by Lovelocsnatural Pty Ltd (ACN 651 503 338), trading as Brisbane Dreadlocks. By using this website, booking an appointment or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Brisbane Dreadlocks provides dreadlock maintenance, reconstruction, creation, microlocs retightening, dreadlock extension installation, educational content and related products.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and may change without notice. Quotes are estimates and may change after reviewing your hair, its condition, density, length and the scope of work.
4. Bookings & Deposits
A deposit is required to secure an appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits are deducted from the final invoice.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations, rescheduling requests or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
6. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Full charges may still apply.
7. Dreadlock Extension Services
Clients supply their own extensions unless otherwise agreed. Brisbane Dreadlocks is not responsible for the quality, colour match, manufacture or longevity of client-supplied extensions. Clients should wait for confirmation before purchasing extensions.
8. Results Disclaimer
Results vary according to hair type, density, texture, previous treatments, maintenance history and aftercare. No guarantee is given that a particular appearance or timeframe will be achieved.
9. Products
Products remain the property of Lovelocsnatural Pty Ltd until paid in full. Returns are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including photographs, videos, logos, course material and written content remains the intellectual property of Lovelocsnatural Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovelocsnatural Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, products or services. Nothing excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
